a. Pick a General Category
Every participant in this contest must pick one category from this list.

All-Level Access - Players of all levels can access these areas easily.

Pavel Ruins

Beast Farm

Sel Mahum Training Grounds

80+ Access - Players of level 80 or above can access these areas easily.

Plains of Lizardmen

Monastery of Silence

Seed of Annihilation

Top-Level Access - Only players of level 84 or above should attempt these areas.

b. The Maguen Challenge Extra Category
All contestants have the option of also participating in this additional category. It is not mandatory.

For this category, you must acquire and screenshot your very own Elite Maguen pet. The Elite Maguen pet is the refined version of the basic Maguen pet in Lineage II. The Maguens can only be acquired while hunting in the Seed of Annihilation.

c. Take screenshots of your category (or categories)

Go to the areas in your category and take screenshots.

All screenshots should be taken with the highest possible graphics settings. (The "Use Out Focusing Effect" and "Use Realistic Shadow Effect" settings are optional.)

If you are doing the Maguen Challenge, acquire an Elite Maguen pet and take screenshots of your character with your pet.

Both you and your Elite Maguen pet must be visible in the screenshot, with your names legible above your heads.

d. Pick your best screenshots

Your best screenshots should be: beautiful, dynamic and exciting, with top graphics.

You can send us only three screenshots of your General Category. The screenshots can be one per area, or even three of one area.

For example, if you are in the All-Level Access category, you can send us three screenshots of the Beast Farm. Or, two of Pavel Ruins and one of Beast Farm. Or, one of Beast Farm, one of Pavel Ruins, and one of Sel Mahum. There are other combinations as well. You decide!

If you are participating in the Maguen Challenge, you can send one screenshot for this extra category.

All screenshots must be 1024x768 pixels or larger.

The screenshots must be taken with your game interface hidden. (Alt+H)

For the General Category pictures, you can decide if you want your character to be in the picture or not. If you choose to keep your character out of the screenshot, take the screenshot from first-person point-of-view (PageUp key twice). Don't forget that the Maguen Challenge screenshot must include both your character and your pet.

e. Prepare your email entry

Entries must be received must include:

The subject heading "Lineage II Freya Screenshot Contest"

The name of the General Category you have chosen. (You may only choose one of the three General Categories, but after that you can also participate in the Maguen Challenge, if you want.)

Your first and last name (both real-life names)

Your Lineage II character's name and server name

Your Lineage II account name

Your age

Your email address

Your telephone number (This will only be used if we cannot contact you by email regarding this contest.)

Your full street address, including city, state/province, country

The paragraph: "If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown and any comments which I may make about myself and/or this Contest that I may provide for advertising and promotional purposes. By submitting an entry to this Contest, I accept and agree to be bound by the Lineage II Freya Screenshot Contest Official Rules and Conditions as displayed on the Lineage II Website."

Attach to the email the following:

Three screenshots, all from the one General Category you have chosen.

If you send more than three screenshots for a General Category, or screenshots covering more than one of the three general categories, your entry will not be considered eligible.

If you are doing the Maguen Challenge, chose and attach your best screenshot of your character and your Elite Maguen pet (with both charater and pet names visible and legible over their heads). By participating in the Maguen Challenge, you should have a total of four images attached to your email by the time you send it.

One entry per person only.
